The human foot is a marvel of engineering. 26 bones. 33 joints. Over 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It's designed to grip, flex, splay, and absorb force. It's your body's first point of contact with the ground, and it communicates with everything above it — your ankles, knees, hips, and spine.

Modern footwear has largely failed to respect this design. Narrow toe boxes compress the forefoot. Elevated heels shift weight forward. Rigid soles prevent the foot from moving naturally. Over years and decades, this reshapes the foot — and the foot reshapes everything else.

We started Realign Co because we believed this was a problem worth solving. And we believed the first step was accessible, effective, affordable toe spacers that actually worked.
