Return & Refund Policy
Our Return & Refund Promise
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging with all included components
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@realignco.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item received: Realign Co covers the cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, no return shipment is required. Simply email us at support@realignco.com with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product, we'll cover all costs to make it right. Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll send the correct item or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
Item Not as Described
If you feel your item does not match the product description on our website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your concern and work to resolve it fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Silicone toe spacers and bunion correctors that have been worn or used
- Any personal care product removed from original hygienic packaging
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. If you received a defective item in this category, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Items section above — we'll still make it right.
