Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $25 (United States)
  • Standard Shipping — $4.99 — on orders under $25 (United States)

Add a second item to qualify for free shipping — orders over $25 ship free.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order is processed and handed to our fulfillment partner, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping — United States: 7–20 business days
  • International Orders: 14–30 business days (duties and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Potential Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, certain factors outside our control can cause delays, including:

  • Customs clearance or inspections (for international orders)
  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • Peak shipping seasons (e.g., holidays)
  • Carrier service disruptions

Realign Co is not responsible for delays caused once an order has been transferred to the carrier. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your tracking has not updated in an unusually long time, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We'll work with you to investigate and make it right.
